Goals
We will promote the following goals:
- Connecting parents and their children with health coverage options including private insurance and Medicaid/CHIP;
- Assisting parents in renewing/continuing coverage options;
- Growing the number of coalition organizations;
- Training and supporting a statewide network of health ambassadors;
- Promote participation in activities supporting a culture of health.
Mission
We will achieve our vision by engaging consumers, the faith community, and other community groups about health coverage options for children and their parents available through private insurance, Medicaid/CHIP, and federally qualified community health centers and promoting healthier lifestyles.
